Wenger says he won’t buy players this summer
Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has said that there is no need of buying more strikers this summer.
Recall that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Danny Welbeck both scored as the Gunners beat Southampton 3-2 at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Wenger was still able to bring Alexandre Lacazette off the bench in the second half, to replace a tired-looking Aubameyang.
The Frenchman was quizzed about his attacking options after the game and he insisted he is happy with the forwards at his disposal.
“We have a good side,” Wenger said.
