A senior chieftain of All Progressives Congress, APC, and immediate past House of Assembly member representing Urue Offong/ Oruko State Constituency, Barr. Bassey Etienam has carpeted critics of Governor Udom Emmanuel, urging them that with the establishment of the newly constructed metering company, the Governor deserves commendation not criticism.

Speaking in a Whatsupp forum, the former lawmaker berated Governor’s critics, challenging them to be responsive in their assessment of the Governor as he deserves kudos for the things he has done right.

According to Etienam, “ When we criticize for things not done properly why don’t we also congratulate him, when he gets it right.
“Why do we let hate blind us from seeing the rights done. I hear light is working so let’s give kudos to His Excellency the Gov for that.”

Meanwhile, the metering company which will be soon commissioned by the Acting president will produce single-phase and three-phase electricity meters in various configurations and mountings, light weight, slim skeletal, compact meters for pole top installation, prepayment type meters, split type electricity meters, standard one unit electricity meters, bulk electricity meters, maximum demand meters and smart electricity meters.
