Pogba Welcomes Friend Lukaku To Manchester United

Manchester United and France midfielder Paul Pogba Saturday  morning welcomed  the signing of his ‘personal person’, Everton’s Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United after the club confirmed that a deal has been agreed for the striker through his official Instagram page, @paulpogba.

United announced on Saturday that they have settled on a fee with fellow Premier League side Everton for the 24-year-old – reportedly £75million – and expect the transfer to be completed if he passes a medical and finalises personal terms.

Lukaku has spent much of this week training with friend Pogba in the United States, with the rest of Jose Mourinho’s squad set for their pre season tour of Los Angeles.

Footage of the duo on the UCLA training pitches prompted speculation that Lukaku’s move to United was close to being completed, despite a reported late effort from former club Chelsea to tempt him back to Stamford Bridge.

Pogba then posted a video of the pair, along with the caption “See you tomorrow in training” and the hashtag “#AgentP”, on his official Instagram page.

Pogba was seen in the video asking Lukaku: “you said what” with the Belgian confirming that the deal is close. He was seen relaxing on a camp bed near a swimming pool before the Belgian star come up to him, shaked hands with him before ‘breaking’ the news.

Pogba who has Guinean heritage then performed an ‘African dance step ‘ in celebration of his friend’s arrival at the club.
